I have no idea where to look for specific schedule, but most probably you won't find a direct flight (then again, you might. Lufthansa flies from Vienna and Frankfurt to Odessa), so look for Frankfurt-Kiev(Kyiv) flight, and from there to Simferopol.
You might also ask the airport info desk.
